How long does the trial last?We can arrange the trial period to suit your time-frames, however the normal trial period is between 10 days and 4 weeks.

Do I need to download anything or get IT involved?No. The software is 'cloud-based' so once we show you how to 'drive' the software and provide you with access codes, you're ready to go.

What does the trial involve?We provide a no surprises 'try before you buy' trial period to familiarise yourself with the system and confirm it will meet your requirements.

Do you provide support during trial periods?Yes. We provide advice and assistance on how to setup and operate the system. Online Help is also available.

Do I need to sign an agreement?Yes. This is a simple agreement that protects you while acknowledging your responsibilities.

Is there any limit on users, products, records, reports etc?"No. The trial is unrestriced and is a true version of a normal production site which means 'what you see is what you get'.

Can I use my own data or do you supply data?We can do both. We can pre-fill the trial site with generic data or you can work with your own data within a blank site.

If I want to purchase the software and transfer my pilot site can this be done?Yes. We can take a 'snapshot' of the trial database and transfer it to a 'production ready' site in a matter of minutes.
