Annual fees are payable 12 months in advance on the anniversary date of the agreement. Quarterly or monthly blling can also be arranged.

You simply advise us in writing of your intention to terminate in line with the notice period of our agreement. With Cloud-hosted sites, the account is shut down and the database destroyed.

Yes. Fees paid in advance relating to unexpired licence periods are refunded.
