At the outset our Client Services team plan the project and design the best system framework to suit your internal processes. 

 

Once the system is installed, we help migrate any existing data and setup the designed framework. 

 

Then we provide training on how to operate the software after which users are ready to work with their new information system.

We maintain and support the software on an ongoing basis.

 

The Software Development team update and upgrade the software regularly and any new releases are made available along the way.  The same team also provides ongoing support for technical issues.

 

Our Client Services team run a friendly Helpdesk made up of system experts who can assist with queries on how the software operates.

Customisations and report building

Our dedicated developers regularly customise the software according to client requirements.

 

We plan, specify and design the customisation before developing, testing and integrating the code.  Once the client's system is upgraded we maintain and support that version separately.

 

Although clients can create their own reports, we are regularly engaged for our tailoring skills and experience. Typically, we design and build bespoke management information reports according to client requirements.
