We partner with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and store data on servers based within a customer's region. For example, we store USA customer data within USA based servers, Australian customer data within Australian based servers.
Yes. We offer a seamless transition path between Self and Cloud hosting and vice-versa.
Customers can delete records if they have sufficient access permissions. Cloud databases are only deleted upon termination of a customer agreement.
