Our software is continually updated internally every 2-4 weeks. These builds are consolidated and made available to customers every 6 months.
Where software is Self-hosted then upgrades are installed when it suits the customer. Cloud-hosted sites are automatically upgraded as part of the service and are not able to be skipped.

Release Notes are made available with each upgrade notice. Our 'road-map' is also made available to customers who wish to learn what's being developed in the following 12 months.
Yes. We offer installation packages for both remote and onsite assistance.
All software updates and upgrades are covered by the annual fee. Self-hosted upgrades are charged based on the installation packages opted by the client.
Yes, although a 'roll-back' to any prior version is not recommended and would require paid assistance from us to ensure there is no mismatch between the underlying database tables.
